Ordering

All products on site that can be added to cart are available for purchase.

To start an order:

  • Add the item(s) to the cart
  • Access the shopping bag in the top right corner of the page.
  • You can either view your bag to review the items in the order or go straight to checkout / payment area.
  • You will then be prompted to checkout using an existing account, creating a new account or as a guest.
  • Enter all relevant shipping and delivery information.
  • Finalise the checkout process by entering your payment information and hit submit order.

We only accept credit card payments, PayPal and Afterpay. If you are overseas and want to process a transaction for a gift for someone in Australia, please use Paypal payment method.

If you did not receive your order confirmation, it may be the case your order has not successfully processed.

It is also possible you may have entered an incorrect email during the checkout process

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in 1-2 days. We use Shippit for all our deliveries and arrive in 2-8 days depending on location. Which include a variety of couriers including Australia Post, Amarex, Couriers Please and Seko. For more specific information about delivery times follow the link.

All orders ship from our warehouse and design studio in Sydney, NSW.

We only ship internationally to New Zealand. For more specific information about delivery follow the link.

Returns & Exchanges

All products / items can be returned for a full refund.

To start a return:

  • Make sure all items returning are in new and re-sellable condition.
  • Locate your order number from the order confirmation email. You will need your order number and email address to retrieve the order information to process the return.
  • Choose the items you would like to return including the reason and proceed to the next steps.
  • You will be directed to the correct instructions depending on your original order value and location.
  • Head to the Lodge a Return to start the process.

You will be provided with a return ID number and confirmation email once lodged. Your return ID number can be used as a reference with our customer service team.

We only provide full refunds for orders placed online.

If you did not receive your return confirmation please check sure your originally email is correct.
